Refund & Cancellation Policy
We can not offer any refund on purchases of PDFs, ebooks or courses. Due to the digital nature of the purchases, if a refund would be given, you could feasibly still drive benefit from the purchase after receiving the refund. If you have any questions on our products or would like a sample prior to purchasing please get in touch. Occasionally some PDFs, ebooks or courses have special refund policies. Please refer to the specific product for more information. In such cases, refund requests made after you have downloaded our products (fully or in part), attended our courses (fully or in part) or otherwise benefited from our products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. In any event, no refunds will be issued past 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer payment plans on some of our products. Please note that upon agreement you are liable for the full product price over the length of the plan. You will be unable to cancel this payment plan early unless you pay the outstanding balance.
